NC7WZ125K8X is a TinyLogic® UHS dual non-inverting buffer with independent active low enable for tri-state output. Ultra-high-speed devices are manufactured using advanced CMOS technology to achieve excellent switching performance and high output drive, while maintaining low static power consumption within a wide VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate in the 1.65 to 5.5V VCC operating range. When VCC is 0V, the input and output are high impedance. The input can withstand voltages up to 5.5V, regardless of the VCC operating range. Under tri-state conditions, the output can withstand voltages higher than VCC.
