According to reports Bitcoin Magazine reported that Bitwage, a company focused on developing Bitcoin payroll functions, issued the world's first Bitcoin payroll on the Lightning Network. It is reported that the payslip was sent to Bernard Parah, CEO of Nigerian encryption company Bitnob. Subsequently, the second Bitcoin payroll was sent to USL (United States Football League) professional athlete Alex Crognale. It is reported that Bitwage is a leading Bitcoin payroll service provider headquartered in San Francisco.
