According to news, from October 9th to 10th, Bitmain participated in the Bitcoin Amsterdam event held in the Netherlands and officially launched its latest Antminer S21+ and S21+ Hydro models.
The outstanding Antminer S21+ Hyd has a powerful hash rate of 319TH/s and energy efficiency of 15.0J/TH, with a power consumption of 4785W. The Antminer S21+ provides a hash rate of 216TH/s and energy efficiency of 16.5J/TH, with a power consumption of 3564W. Both of these models allow for 1:1 hash rate exchange, making upgrades extremely flexible.
Both the S21+ and S21+ Hydro adopt the SHA-256 algorithm. In addition to mining Bitcoin (BTC), the S21+ model is also compatible with other cryptocurrencies such as Namecoin (NMC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), and Peercoin (PPC). According to current market data, the profitability estimate of the S21+ Hyd model shows that assuming an energy cost of 0.08 dollars per kilowatt-hour, the daily profit is 5.97dollars. The monthly net income can reach 179.25dollars, and the annual profit is estimated to be 2,180.83dollars.
The shipping time of these two units is scheduled between the first and second quarters of 2025. With strong cost performance, enthusiasts of Antminer miners continue to pay attention. Bitmain's ASIC miners have always been an excellent choice for many mines, meeting customers' personalized mining needs.
