Recently, the Bitcoin Mining Council announced the results of the second quarter survey based on the combination of electricity consumption and sustainable electricity. According to the committee's data, sustainable energy use increased by 52.2% between the previous quarter and the current quarter of 2021, and network efficiency increased by 15%. The survey shows that the current electricity used by council members and survey participants is 67% of the sustainable electricity portfolio.
