Antminer S19K pro hash board 1.2V LDO

NCP114ASN120T1G is a 300mA 1.2V LDO in TSOP-5 package, commonly used to repair Antminer S19K pro hash boards, it is marked CAC. It provides very stable, accurate voltage and low noise, making it suitable for space-constrained, noise-sensitive applications. To optimize performance in battery-powered portable applications, the NCP114 uses dynamic quiescent current scaling to achieve extremely low IQ consumption at no load.

Feature:

• Operating input voltage range: 1.7V to 5.5V

• Fixed voltage options available: 1.2V

• Very low quiescent current of Typ. 50μA

• Standby current consumption: Typ. 0.1μA

• Low dropout voltage: 135mV typical at 300mA

• ±1% accuracy at room temperature

• High power supply ripple rejection: 75dB at 1kHz

• Thermal shutdown and current limit protection

• Stable when using 1F ceramic output capacitor
