TP1941-TR is a voltage comparator chip located on the Whatsminer P221C power supply. The silkscreen mark is C4T**, and it is packaged in SOT23-5. Available in single, dual, and quad configurations, the comparators are optimized for low-power 1.8V, single-supply applications, with higher input operation than rail-to-rail input operation, and can also be used with ±0.9V to ±2.75V Dual power supply operation. Its internal input hysteresis eliminates output switching due to internal input noise voltage, reducing current consumption. The push-pull output supports rail-to-rail output swing and interfaces with CMOS/TTL logic. The output switching frequency is typically up to 4 MHz while limiting supply current surges and dynamic power dissipation during switching.
