According to reports, Canadian financial technology company LQwD FinTech said on Monday that it had spent 4.5 million Canadian dollars (about 3.6 million US dollars) buying more bitcoins. To date, the company has spent about 7.8 million Canadian dollars to purchase about 133 bitcoins at an average price of about 59,000 Canadian dollars. This purchase makes more bitcoins become the company's reserve assets and supports the Lightning Network SaaS platform that the company is developing.
