
Intel has reportedly released details of its new mining chip, which will be combined with a high-performance 3600W miner with the ultimate goal of improving Bitcoin mining efficiency. Intel announced its second-generation bitcoin mining chips at the 2022 IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC). According to the company, Bonanza Mine (BMZ2) is an ultra-low voltage energy-efficient bitcoin mining-specific chip that can deliver 40 TH/s performance.
