According to Glassnode data, the number of Bitcoin non-zero addresses exceeded 40 million, a record high. The number of addresses with non-zero balances increased sharply between 2019 and 2020, until mid-2021, when growth appears to have leveled off, with the number of addresses remaining around 35 million. However, since the beginning of 2022, the growth of this metric has peaked and reached an all-time high of 40,276,163, according to Glassnode.
