Bitcoin Miner Digihost Signs $250 Million In-Market Equity Offering to Accelerate Its Mining Business

Bitcoin miner Digihost has reportedly announced that it has signed an on-exchange equity offering agreement (ATM agreement) with investment agency H.C. Wainwright. The agency may issue and sell subordinate voting shares of the company at an aggregate offering price of up to $250 million as needed. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the ATM equity program to support the growth and development of its existing mining operations.
