Bitcoin Miner Digihost Signs $250 Million In-Market Equity Offering to Accelerate Its Mining Business

Bitcoin miner Digihost has reportedly announced that it has signed an on-exchange equity offering agreement (ATM agreement) with investment agency H.C. Wainwright. As a result, the agency may issue and sell subordinate voting shares of the company at an aggregate offering price of up to $250 million as needed. The company plans to use the net proceeds from the ATM equity program to support the growth and development of its existing mining operations.
