Bank of America Partners with Bakkt to Offer Customers Bitcoin and Ethereum Trading Services

Pennsylvania-based community bank American Bank has reportedly signed a deal with Bakkt to offer its customers the ability to buy and sell bitcoin and Ethereum. The service is expected to launch in the second quarter of 2022. Bakkt has announced deals with several other regional and community-focused banks in recent weeks, including Variance Bank and Hanover Bank. In December, Bakkt announced a similar deal with New Jersey-based Manasquan Bank.
