Listed bitcoin miner CoreScientific has reportedly started publishing daily production data on its website to improve transparency for shareholders and other stakeholders. In a release, the number is "one of the most important performance indicators for our industry," CEO Mike Levitt said. According to Darin Feinstein, co-founder, and co-chairman of CoreScientific, CoreScientific is the first listed miner to announce its daily mining volume. The top left corner of CoreScientific’s website shows that the company mined 368 bitcoins (about $1.5 million) yesterday, which will be updated at midnight ET (16:00 UTC). Bitcoin mining companies listed on stock exchanges usually publish monthly data, such as the total amount of Bitcoin mined or daily averages and the hash rate and cryptocurrencies in the treasury. However, CoreScientific has not indicated that they plan to release any daily metrics other than production data.
