Israeli credit card companies Max (formerly Leumi Card) and Isracard have reportedly entered into partnerships with cryptocurrency-related platforms to allow cardholders to buy bitcoin. For example, Max announced a partnership with local cryptocurrency broker Bits of Gold to launch the cryptocurrency card MaxBack Crypto. According to the official Max website, the card will offer BTC cashback opportunities and the option to buy Bitcoin through the clearing protocol Bits of Gold. In addition, Isracard will partner with Altshuler Shaham Horizon, a subsidiary of Israeli investment agency Altshuler Shaham, to allow Isracard holders to buy bitcoin directly through their credit cards.
