El Salvador’s ambassador to the U.S., Milena Mayorga, reportedly tweeted today that she held a meeting with other representatives of El Salvador and the Texas government’s undersecretary of state, Joe Esparza, to discuss the opening of a second Bitcoin embassy. and the extension of the business and economic exchange program. It followed the news in October last year that El Salvador had established a bitcoin office, the bitcoin embassy, in Lugano.
