Ninth City, a US-listed company, announced today that it has signed a mining machine custody agreement with BitRiver, a Russian mining company, through its subsidiary NBTC Ltd. According to the agreement, BitRiver will reserve 15 MW of mining machine deployment capacity for Jiucheng as a mining machine hosting. Nine towns will deploy digital currency mining machines including Bitcoin in the mine. The custody period is 2 years. After the custody period ends, the cooperation will be extended by 1 year if there is no objection between the two parties. Nine towns stated that it will continue to actively negotiate low-cost electricity and sustainable energy mining farms in different regions of the world, and accelerate the deployment of both self-built and managed models at the same time, to deploy large-scale digital currency mines for Ninetowns and other partners.
