Bitcoin official wallet Bitcoin Core released version 0.19.0 client

According to github news，Bitcoin official wallet Bitcoin Core officially released version 0.19.0 client.This is an important update，it has been nearly six months since the last update of version 0.18.0.

In the improvement of the user interface，this release will provide a local quarantine witness address (bech32) by default.The transaction fee for users using this type of address may be reduced.

The remaining updates include RPC, settings, CLI, and other underlying optimizations.The next major version, 0.20.0, is scheduled for release on May 3 next year.
