WL2836E08-5/TR 0.8V LDO chip for Antminer S19J / S19J PRO hash board

The WL2836E series are high precision, low noise, high speed, high PSRR, and low dropout CMOS linear regulators with high ripple rejection. These devices provide a new level of cost-effective performance for cell phones, laptops, notebooks, and other portable devices. The WL2836E has a foldback maximum output current that depends on the output voltage. Therefore, the current limit acts as a short-circuit protection and an output current limiter. The wL2836E voltage regulator is housed in a standard SoT-23-5L package, which is lead-free and halogen-free.

• Dropout voltage: 140mV @louT=0.3A

• PSRR: 78dB @1kHz. VouT=1.8V

• Low output voltage noise: 20uVRMs Typ

• Output voltage tolerance: +2% @VouT>2V

• Recommend capacitor: 1μF

• Thermal overload and short-circuit protection
